YaadPay Global – Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope of Policy
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the handling of refunds and returns for transactions processed through YaadPay Global (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

YaadPay Global is a payment processing and merchant services provider.

We do not sell products or services directly to end consumers.

All refund and return obligations rest with the merchant of record (the seller).
2. Merchant Responsibility

Each merchant using YaadPay Global must establish and publish their own clear Refund & Return Policy in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Merchants must:
a. Disclose refund terms before purchase.
b. Honor all legitimate refund or return requests within the stated timeframe.
c. Notify YaadPay Global promptly of disputes, cancellations, or refund requests.
Failure by a merchant to comply may result in account suspension, withheld payouts, or termination of services.
3. Consumer Refunds & Returns

If you are a customer who purchased goods or services from a YaadPay-enabled merchant:
a. Refund and return requests must be directed to the merchant from whom you purchased.
b. The Company will not process refunds directly unless expressly authorized by the merchant or required by law.
c. In the event of merchant non-responsiveness, consumers may initiate a dispute or chargeback through their card issuer or financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Transactions
The following are not eligible for refunds unless required by law:

Transactions involving digital goods or services already delivered.

Peer-to-peer wallet transfers.

Top-ups, airtime, and bill payments once processed.

Transactions flagged as fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of Terms of Service.
5. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on banking and card network policies.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by Third-Party Providers, banks, or card networks.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Consumers may dispute transactions with their issuing bank.

Merchants are responsible for providing supporting documentation (invoices, proof of delivery, communication records).

The Company reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts, fees, and penalties from the merchant’s account or future payouts.
7. Limitation of Liability

YaadPay Global is not liable for merchant refusal, defective products, or dissatisfaction with services purchased.

Our role is limited to payment facilitation, and liability does not exceed the transaction processing fees earned by the Company.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
